Steven Lemke Promoted to Charter Sales Executive
Steven joined Aviation Advisor’s Flight Operations team in 2021 and has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, passion for aviation, and customer-focused approach. He began his aviation journey in high school, earning his Private Pilot Certificate, and later graduated from the University of North Dakota with a BBA in Airport Management and a Specialization in Business Aviation. In his new role, Steven will focus on delivering tailored private charter solutions and supporting clients through every step of the charter experience.
Melissa Guadarrama Joins as Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Melissa brings a creative and strategic edge to the team as she steps into the newly created Sales & Marketing Coordinator role. With a B.A. in Digital Media Design and an MBA in Marketing, she specializes in branding, graphic design, and visual storytelling. Melissa will lead marketing initiatives, support sales efforts, and manage digital content, helping elevate Aviation Advisor’s brand and communications across platforms.
