Executive Assistant

Our Kenosha, WI corporate office is searching for a highly motivated Executive Assistant to join our team! He or she must be extremely organized, self-reliant, proactive, and detail oriented. Responsibilities:

– Ensure that various administrative tasks are completed in an effective and efficient manner, including drafting correspondence, screening phone calls and maintaining executive files as needed

– Manage busy calendar – client appointments, meetings and conference calls in addition to coordinating domestic travel arrangements and itineraries

– Coordinate on-site/off-site special events – preparing materials, selecting venues and menus

– Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents as needed

– Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies

– Exercise independent judgment, decision-making abilities and high level of confidentiality

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

– 2 to 5 years of applicable work experience

– Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment

– Detail-oriented with superb organizational skills

– Strong written and verbal communication skills

– Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)

– A passion to learn, increase skills, and take on new projects and responsibilities

– Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines in a fast paced setting’

Salary: From $45,000.00 per year
